Business Philosophy

My business philosophy is simple.

Quality versus quantity, fewer clients, better service. An honest reponse to all inquiries. Provide all information available so my clients can make an informed decision. Creatively market my listings, taking advantage of photos in MLS & web content. Always work in my clients' best interest. In short, treat everyone in the manner in which I like to be treated.

Kauai property does not need to be pushed. It sells itself to those who want it and can afford it.
I just try to make the buying or selling process as clear, fun & worry free as possible.

Business History

I have lived and worked primarily on the North Shore since 1978
but spent 2 years on the South side and another couple of years on the East side.
I have worked in large real estate offices and small.
I’ve been a rookie, an office manager, salesman of the year,
a partner in investments and brokerage firms,
and a broker for one of the most profitable real estate ventures on the island.
I have seen the market in general double three times in 25 years.
I have learned a lot and continue to learn.
I have been greatly blessed by Kauai real estate over the years.
