Located high up in cool Kapahi where waterfalls greet you coming and going from home is this great house. A large two car carport gives you a shaded & dry entry . The door from the carport opens into a tiled hallway with a good size laundry room on the left. Stairs to the upstairs and a lighted storage room are on the right. Straight ahead is the master suite. In this photo, the downstairs window on the right is in the laundry. The area next to the left of the laundry room is a master suite.

The dining area has great views of Makalea and distant views of the Anahola Mountians. Vaulted ceiling crates a more spacious feeling for the open floor plan of the living room, dining and kitchen. Light oak laminate flooring is in living and dining areas as well as the hallway. Upstairs bedrooms have short berber carpeting.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with water & ice through the door. There is a light tube above the island for extra daytime light. The large kitchen sink with garbage disposal has a pull out faucet for easy cleanup. Thin grout lines and large format tile make for an easy care counter top. Natural stone tiles are inset in backslash. There are plenty of cabinets.

A nice covered lanai is adjacent to the living room & has great views from Sleeping Giant to Waialeale. It over looks the neighboring farm and has steps leading down into the yard.

The lanai is on the lee side of house so you can enjoy it even in the rain. There are a solar water panels on the roof. The roof and West and South walls have a radiant heat barriers to keep the house cool in the summer.

The hallway has three closets since storage is always a good thing. A bedroom, linen closet & master bedroom are on left. Pantry, interior stairway, bathroom, closet and bedroom are on right.

The largest of the 3 bedrooms upstairs has a good size closet with built in shelves and its own bathroom. The smallest has a closet which could be converted into a computer nook to make a great office.

Bathroom off hallway has light tube for day time lighting. All the bathrooms have tile floors and showers with natural stone insets.

Downstairs is a great space with high ceilings and lots of light. The large room easily accomodates a large bed and sitting area. The door opens to the East side yard.

A wet bar, walk in closet, and separate tub and shower in the master bath round out this master suite.

The West side yard as seen from the two car carport. There is a great private BBQ area on the extended slab under the lanai to the South where you can enjoy the greenery in the yard, rain or shine.

Though truely not a glamorous room, isn't it nice to have a big well lit laundry room? There are shelves to the left of the laundry sink.
